PAINTER
Position: Industrial Painter for Trucks and Trailers
Expected hours: 40 per week
Experience: Industrial Painting 1 year (preferred)
Start Rate: From $27.88 per hour
Supplemental Pay Types: Overtime Pay
Expected Start Date: As Soon As Possible
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for painting trucks, tanks and trailers to ensure a high-quality finish.
Job Duties:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and sanding them to provide proper adhesion for paint
- Select and mix paint colors to specifications
- Apply paint using various methods such as electrostatic spray guns with pressure pot and conventional spray gun
- Operate and maintain painting equipment
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using power tools for surface preparation
- Knowledge of basic math for measurements and calculations
- Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment functionality
Experience is required.
